What happens if it rains? +
We get it — Charlotte weather is unpredictable. If rain or bad weather interrupts your session, we will issue a full refund.
Where is the pickup location? +
We're located in the 28203 zip code in Charlotte, NC. The exact address is shared after your booking is confirmed — we'll include it with your confirmation details. Questions beforehand? Reach out at hello@cltrallyco.com.
What if the machine gets damaged or stolen? +
Normal wear is covered — a scuff or minor cosmetic mark won't cost you anything. Damage caused by misuse (dropping, leaving it out in rain, unauthorized modifications) or theft during your rental period is the renter's responsibility. The $200 deposit covers most repair costs; in the case of theft or total loss, the renter is liable for the full replacement value of the machine. A signed rental agreement is required at every pickup outlining these terms.

We use the Tenniix Basic — a portable, battery-powered machine weighing just 18.7 lbs, designed specifically to make solo practice easier. It has a 100+ ball hopper, 75 mph max speed, and ±5,000 RPM spin, loaded with 9 shot types and 1,000+ built-in drills. Controlled via the included voice armband or the Tenniix app. Works on hard courts, clay, and grass — indoors or out.
Do I need to supply power or an extension cord? +
No — the Tenniix Basic runs on a swappable 7,000mAh battery (up to 4 hours per charge) and arrives fully charged. No power outlet, no cords. Just find your spot on the court and start drilling.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
We ask for at least 48 hours notice so we can confirm availability and arrange pickup or delivery logistics. For weekend slots, booking 4–5 days out is recommended as those fill up fastest.
What's the cancellation policy? +
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your rental date. Within 48 hours: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling is always free with 24+ hours notice.
Is there a security deposit? +
Yes — a $200 hold is placed on your credit or debit card at pickup. This is an authorization hold, not an actual charge, and it is released in full as soon as the machine is returned in good condition. We also require a valid government-issued photo ID at pickup.
Can I book for multiple days? +
Yes — just pick your start and end dates on the calendar and the total calculates automatically. You choose the same time slot for each day (2-hour, 4-hour, or full day). Multi-day bookings are great for tournaments, training camps, or just keeping up a practice streak.
